Netmarks, Inc. (www.netmarks.co.jp) is an IT company listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It is among the largest systems integration companies in Japan originally organized out of the Sumitomo Electric Industries Group. Currently, it is part of the Nihon Unisys Group (www.unisys.co.jp). The Filipino investors on the other hand are led by the Sanvictores Family which has dealt with Japanese companies doing business in the Philippines for four (4) generations now.

Taking over the small operations of the Netmarks Manila Branch in 2001, NMP began by focusing
on small and simple network infrastructure projects of Japanese-owned companies (JOCs) in the country. There were also a few project referrals from NMJ whose large client base included companies with overseas offices, including Manila.

The new company then moved quickly to diversify and expand its business model to include its
own brand of NET-911 Services in support of its main business of performing IT Systems Integration work.

What started as a five-man operation has grown more than ten-fold, with two-thirds consisting of systems engineers. The Company also maintains a satellite office in Cebu. Netmarks Philippines has witnessed dynamic changes since its humble start in 2002, and it looks forward to even more exciting times of growth founded on technical competence intimacy and exceptional service-orientation.
