Netmarks Philippines, Inc. held its 9th Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on June 30, 2011 at its head office in Makati City. All shareholders were either present in person or represented by proxy. The Chairman, Amb. Benjamin F. Sanvictores presided over the meeting while Atty. Valerie Gonzalez-Tamayo recorded the minutes as secretary of the meeting. Mr. Junichi Okura, newly appointed Managing Director of Netmarks China and an outgoing Director of NMP attended the meeting, with Mr. Shigeru Arakawa, incoming NMP Director who was visiting the Philippines for the first time. Mr. Arakawa is the new General Manager of the Overseas Business Department of Netmarks, Inc. Japan.
The President, Mr. Philip B. Sanvictores, submitted the Annual Report of Management to the shareholders, including the report of the external auditor MT. Sepulveda & Co. The following were elected to serve as Board Directors for the ensuing fiscal year 2011:
