The Netmarks Philippines Employee Manual was completed in November 2010 and approved by the Board in its meeting held January 2011. The manual documents all personnel and human resource policies, rules, processes and procedures. It also details the benefits program of the company, including a clear policy for training and skills development towards solutions certification.
The company's internal organization was streamlined as a result of the 6-month initiative to discuss, deliberate and write the Manual. A Rank-Grade program was also developed where employees' career paths are structured.
