Netmarks Philippines, Inc. held its seventh annual stockholders meeting in on June 6, 2008 in Makati City, Philippines. During the meeting, the following were elected Directors of the company:

MR. HIRSOHI SATOH Executive Vice-President, Netmarks, Inc.
MR. JUNICHI OKURA General Manager – Overseas Strategic Business Group, Netmarks, Inc.
Mr. Satoh replaced Mr. Noriyasu Araki who had retired from Netmarks in late 2007, while Mr. Raymond Sanvictores filled the vacancy created by the share divestment of Dir. Joseph N. Pangilinan upon his Directorship at the Development Bank of the Philippines.
Parenthetically, Mr. Araki was a founding-Director of NMP, having introduced this partnership opportunity to Mr. Philip Sanvictores, the incumbent President, in 2000. Mr. Araki dutifully served NMP as one of two NMJ-nominee Directors since its establishment in 2001.
Netmarks Philippines is a Filipino-Japanese joint venture company organized in November 2001, which began commercial operations in January, 1, 2002. The Japanese shareholder is Netmarks, Inc., a leading IT systems integration company that is listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange (www.netmarks.co.jp). The Filipino partners on the other hand, belong to the Sanvictores Family, which has a long history of partner-businesses with Japanese in the Philippines.
Other stockholders who attended the meeting were: Ms. Patricia Maribel Sanvictores (CFO) and Mr. Benj Sanvictores II (Asst. Treasurer). Atty. Manuel R. Roxas (Corporate Secretary) and Atty. Valerie Gonzalez-Tamayo represented the company’s legal counsel – the Roxas delos Reyes Laurel & Rosario Law Office. The External Auditor, Ms. Ma. Teresa T. Sepulveda also attended the meeting.
