Small Group Meeting with Bob Gilbert

Mr. Bob Gilbert, Senior Product Evangelist for Riverbed® Technology, visited Netmarks Philippines and conducted a small group meeting with select client prospects focusing on WAN Application Acceleration. There were 8 attendees representing 5 companies covering different industry segments - Manufacturing, Finance, Education, and Business Process Outsourcing.

NMP President Mr. Philip Sanvictores gave the welcoming remarks, after which, Mr. Roberto Galbiati, South East Asia Regional Sales Director for Riverbed Technology, gave a short introduction on Riverbed.  NMP Director/Vice-President Mr. Joseph Pangilinan acted as moderator for the discussion after the hour-long presentation of Mr. Gilbert. The agenda of the meeting included a live simulation of a WAN data exchange through Riverbed’s Steelhead® appliance as well as an open forum on specific issues and concerns the attendees had in their respective companies. The attendees found the meeting valuable to their jobs and rated it to be ‘excellent’.
