The Sales Module is a full-day class on mastering the positioning of IBM System Storage product vs. competition; understand the architecture, strengths and weaknesses of competitor’s products and leverage of the e-config tool in sizing up a winning proposal against competition. The Technical Module, on the other hand, is a two-day Technical class targeted at technical/pre-sales level. This provides a deep dive into IBM System Storage product family – DS3000, 4000, N Series and LTO. Hands-on sessions provided further enhance implementation & deployment skill within the Business Partner technical community.
