NET 911 is an outsourced IT-Network Technical Support and Maintenance Service mainly covering Network Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, Audit, System Management and the like, all custom-designed needs by Netmarks Philippines, as a member organization of Netmarks Group of Japan.

BASIC NET-911 SERVICES

Network Diagnostics / LAN Analysis - involves Network Diagnostics and LAN Analysis Procedures to determine LAN constrains, equipment and systems overload and similar network problems. Result of diagnostics conducted shall be dully documented and discussed with the client.

On-call Telephone / On-line Remote Support - Netmarks provides unlimited on-call telephone support to Net911 subscribers within regular working hours, i.e., from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays. Netmarks can also receive and respond to your e-mailed faxed queries with guaranteed response within the next business day.

On-site Consultation & Troubleshooting Support - In addition to regular maintenance diagnostics described in No. 1 above, Netmarks provides on-site consultation or troubleshooting visits anytime within the duration of this agreement. Netmarks commits to respond to your calls at the soonest possible time.

3rd Party Repair / Services Coordination - This service assits the customer in having their equipment serviced and/or repaired by 3rd party vendors. This includes door-to-door delivery between the customer and the 3rd party vendor.
